|Recommended: YesIts not as bad honestly. — So the reviews are mixed, but its actually not bad. I'd recommend living in a townhome, more space and its peaceful. l think it depends on which side you live on. Sometimes you see these kids all over the place, but what complex doesn't have kids...

|Recommended: YesTownhouse beautiful, not community — OK let me start off by saying my 3bed2bath townhouse with garage is absolutely beautiful.. It was definitely worth 1,150. But what's not worth it is the complex. all trash bins are full, trash hanging off all over the ground. People threw away mattresses that's been there over a year now and they wont remove it. 3 black cats live around the complex scare you to death at night. The maintenance guys are nice but when I needed a leak in my bath fixed and my garage fixed it took over 4 weeks for them to get to it. The lady's at the leasing office are nice, but once you sign the lease don't expect them to ever answer the calls you will be forward to a outside state representative who doesn't accomplish anything . Best but is just to pull up at the leasing office if open to get anything done. First month I moved there was a domestic disturbance someone got shot and killed. Had a candle lit the next week. OVERALL The unit townhouse its self was amazing but not the stuff that comes with.

|Recommended: NoI'm sorry but this place is honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed. We stayed here for 1 year and it was horrible We moved in 11 2018 Bc we were under the assumption it was a nice place but we were deceived by the office manger. So lets start here After we moved in it took all of 2-3 months to get the weed smell out of the apartment. Idk if it was in the carpet or walls but it definitely was upsetting. Next it took FOREVER to get the laundry key. We requested it a couple times and it wasn't until the 5th or 6th time I asked and went to the office I got one and that's bc the office manger asked the guy to do it while I was there and it seemed like it was the first time it was brought to anyone's attention. Then my sink in my bathroom was stopped up which was even written on our paper when we did the walk through and I had to still send emails requesting it get fixed and it wasn't until my last email that was not nice that it was take care of but even then they came out
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experiences at Paddock Village. We sincerely apologize for failing to deliver the 5-star service that we strive for. We appreciate your honesty and will be able to focus on correcting the issues you had in the future. |Recommended: YesThe property is ok but it could be better especially for the money we pay. — It’s ok but you can find something cheaper and better
|Recommended: NoDecent place to live if you like unpredictable rent — It’s ok I have a nice unit, The staff is great, however my rent has gone up 100 from what’s in my lease monthly claiming to be from water and sewage. And I was sent an eviction notice over 35 for forced renters insurance when I have renters insurance. It’s safe to say I won’t be renewing a lease here.
|Recommended: YesHell of a community — Small beautiful community with nice sized and well put together units.
|Recommended: YesIt’s great Very clean — Very clean and respectful staff And they keep up with the maintenance for the units and for the property
|Recommended: YesVery nice place, can use minor revision of communication between tenant and office and maintenance. — I would say that overall it's a nice place to stay. A little hard to communicate at times with the office staff and maintenance. Work orders take a long time to be responded to by maintenance. Answering service for tenants and customers pick up the phone more than the actual office answering the phone.
|Recommended: NoOffice staff does not care about the people that live there, only concern about collecting the rent water sewer — I would honesty tell them that living there would not be so bad if the staff would act like they gave a damn about their tenant but they do not care one way the other if u stay or go. I myself will not be signing a new lease next year.
|Recommended: NoWould Love to move — Well over priced for the up keep of the complex all together
|Recommended: YesDon’t move in — Maintenance takes forever to come. ladies at the leasing office acts like they’re not concerned with handling issues In a timely fashion an the water trash n sewer billl is based off your building so it varies month to month no set amount my bill has been anywhere from 100-150 a month an it’s been quite a few break ins. If you ask me this the hood
